Welcome to SoulVanta, domain soulvanta.pro, a provider of personal spiritual evolution training. These terms govern your access and use of our services, info products, and goods.

1. Service Offerings

1.1 Spiritual Evolution Services

SoulVanta offers guidance sessions, workshops, and retreats designed for personal spiritual growth. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Fees are due at booking.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling commitments.

Clients may reschedule a session once without additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the session.

1.2 Info Products

Our digital courses, guided meditations, and e-books are delivered electronically upon purchase. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download or access. After access, purchases are final.

1.3 Goods

SoulVanta may offer physical items such as journals or crystals. All goods are carefully packaged and shipped promptly. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Please retain original packaging when sending an item back. Shipping charges for items sent back due to defects will be covered by SoulVanta.

2. Refund Policy

SoulVanta aims to ensure satisfaction. Refund requests must be made via our contact form. Eligible refunds will be issued within 7 days of approval, using the original payment method. Refunds are credited in the same manner as the initial payment.

Service fees: see section 1.1 above.
Info products: eligible within 14 days and before access.
Goods: eligible for refunds or s for damaged or defective items within 14 days.

If you wish to transfer a service to another date or person, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Transfers are granted at our discretion and subject to availability.

Certain specialized retreats and workshops may be designated as non-refundable due to advance venue bookings and limited space. Such cases will be clearly marked at the time of purchase, with justification provided.
